Conditionally Display Fields/Sections based on User Role

Make easy customisations to your checkout form with Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce plugin. Add, edit, modify, delete, or change the display order of checkout fields with this easy WooCommerce checkout manager. Besides adding custom fields, create and include custom sections to your WooCommerce checkout form. Functioning hand-in-hand with the WooCommerce Multistep Checkout plugin from ThemeHigh, create custom checkout steps and include custom fields and sections to these steps using the Checkout Field Editor.

By setting a display rule based on User Role, the fields/sections will be visible only while logged in for the defined user role.

Follow below Steps:

  1. From the drop-down, choose Show/Hide to display or hide the field/section at checkout.
  2. From the dropdowns below, set conditions based on User role.
  3. Select the User role(s) from the select field at the right and save the changes.
P.S:

  • The User Role ‘Customer’ is a registered user.
  • In the Multi-select options field for the user role, the roles are connected by OR function when more than one role is selected, as the AND function is logically invalid in this case.
  • Custom user roles will also be displayed in the drop-down.
